Services
Services at SLS
Supportive Living Services provides residential and community-based services to adults (18 years of age and older) diagnosed with an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder. Although we appreciate the opportunity to support every individual that we can, the following requirements need to be met to receive service from SLS:
- Be eligible for and receiving Supports Coordination Service
- Enrolled in one of the following Office of Developmental Programs funding sources:
- Consolidated Waiver
- Community Living Waiver
- P/FDS Waiver
- County Base Funding or Private Pay
