Erie raised $40,838.35 for this year's Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community, in which SLS attended!
In 2023, in the Erie Region, there were approximately 200 walkers and there were 15 human and health-service organizations fundraising. SLS was thrilled to be a part of this awesome cause. It was a fun-filled day of meeting new faces, petting endless amounts of therapy dogs, and handing out free t-shirts to anyone who gave our putt-putt game a shot! SLS also gave away a free basket full of Erie-themed goodies. These goodies included things such as 4 Erie Seawolves tickets, $50 gift certificate to Sara's, Romolos chocolates, Gordons Butcher & Market BBQ sauces, Locally made Erie themed drink glasses, and some various local Erie candies.
SLS was fortunate to raise over $2,000 for our organization! These donations directly help support our company mission, which is that we believe every person should live the best life possible. Every single dollar helps us provide more support for our individuals in order for them to achieve their dreams and goals!
